As virtually the only supplier of AED equipment in Belgium, we are able to offer an all-in package that is tailored to your needs at a very attractive price for the quality we supply.

You can, for example, rely on us for the purchase of AED equipment and accessories, the installation of AED cabinets, AED training courses, and after-sales care. Our after-sales care includes 24/7 technical assistance, annual servicing, accessories and supplies (new electrode pads, batteries, etc.), as well as repairs and refresher courses.

AED-PowerContract

Under the AED Power Contract we agree to make sure that your AED device is operational at all times and in all circumstances. These contracts are available for periods of three or five years. During the term of the contract you are free of worries and unexpected costs.

  • You can reach our service 24/7 for all questions of technical support.
  • Every time the device is used we arrive within six hours of receving your notice to make a print-out of the reanimation report. This report can help the physician to gain a better understanding of the condition of the patient. During this visit we also fit a new battery and replace the electrode pads.
  • Once a year we make a visit to give your apparatus a full service. After the service you will receive a print-out from the apparatus for the authorities and a service certificate. Every 2 years we automatically replace the battery and fit new electrode pads.
  • Finally we will supply you with a free replacement unit within 12 hours of receiving a report of a defective unit. At the same time we take the defective unit away for repair and return it once the repairs have been completed. On average repairs take five working days.
